Driving west on 196th today (Monday, 3 Sep) around 3:30 pm, noticed a Turkey Vulture soaring in relatively low, tight circles in the vicinity of Fred Meyers / Olive Garden (roughly, 194th St SW & 44th Ave W). Always a treat to see these large birds.
