As fall approaches and I think about our yard visitors this summer, I
realize that we hardly ever saw any Siskin or Finch. In past years, we got used
to a cacophony of Siskin and Finch calls as they fought for space on the
feeders. Is this something that was just peculiar to our yard? Were the
numbers robust elsewhere?
