Spent the afternoon (2:00pm to 5:40pm) at the Gilmur Public Access pullout
in Tacoma looking for the Black-Tailed Gull. We eventually located it on
the closest log boom, maybe 50 feet east of the large rusty sphere. A large
flock of Bonaparte's Gulls was in the area and Mew Gulls were also present
in large numbers. Four of us had good looks before the bird took off and we
lost sight of it around 5:30.

Good luck finding this gull!
