Went with my daughter, a possible fledgling birder, to the matinee at Kirkland Parkplace on Friday. Fun to see the East Lake Washington Audubon people with their display set up in the lobby (which seemed unusual - I've never seen an education group accompanying a commercial film showing of any kind). One member provided a little intro to the film with a few local tie-ins. Only a dozen or so of us there. I hope the later showings got large and enthusiastic crowds!
