One has to scroll through to get to an unobstructed head shot
(though the yellow in the tail is a good clue to get you to
the ID, before you see the head).

This is a hatch-year, probably female, YELLOW WARBLER. They
are tricky in the fall. The yellow eye-ring and the yellow webs on
the tail get you to species, the over-all drabness (details of the
wing coverts) get you to hatch-year, female is dicier (thus the
qualifier), but male hatch-years should be brighter with more contrast
in the primaries and coverts.
