Birded Shillapoo Wildlife Area and Vancouver Lake late this a.m. Highlights
included clouds of Cackling Geese traveling up and down the WA side of the
Columbia, a RED-NECKED GREBE, six sparrow species, Long-billed Dowitchers
and a Merlin. Most of the duck
numbers came from the water treatment plant on Framboise Rd. at the entrance
of Shillapoo.
