Visiting birders Caleb Gordon and Julia Willmott photographed a
Vermilion Flycatcher at the River S Unit of Ridgefield NWR this
afternoon:

"It was about 50% through the wildlife drive loop. After you emerged
from a curving wooded alley of big trees. On the left."

"seen very well, studied for 10 min at 100 meters, viewed in 25x
scope. photographed. immature bird. streaked breast, yellowish vent.
bobbing tail slightly. perched on upper twigs of dead tree in open
field/marsh"
