There were 17 birders (5 cars) on an Eastside Audubon birding trip that started at the Fox Island bridge, went down the Key Peninsula and ended at the Snake Lake Nature Preserve in Tacoma. It was a beautiful day and we saw 50 species, 17 were from the Fox Island bridge. The highlight was 6-8 gorgeous Long-tailed Ducks west of the bridge.
