Wanted to make an update on my post from last night. I took photos of the "least" flycatcher at Lyon's ferry and the photos (though in heavy shade) aren't matching what I observed in the field for the least, so have made the decision to leave the bird as an Unidentified Empid, especially given the unusual occurrence of a least flycatcher. I also don't believe in changing IDs based on poor photos when they differ from field observations, so unidentifed is the best approach here. Probably not of interest to most, but in case anybody was using the sighting for further purposes wanted to update it.
