I just received a call from Stuart Johnston who was banding birds with Cathy Flick at the St. Cloud Ranch in Skamania County and stopped in Stevenson, where they found two SANDERLING on the sandbars in the Columbia River at the mouth of Rock Creek. Only the second record of this shorebird in the county. Wilson Cady
