Subject: [Tweeters] Black-Tailed Gull

I did see the Black-tailed Gull at 4:00 pm when Ruth first had it in her
scope. At that time there were at least 200+ Bonaparte's Gulls on the wider
log boom further out. I did not find the Franklin's Gull or Common Terns and
was told that they had not been seen today. I do agree with Shep's
assessment, that this adult Black-tailed Gull is likely the same bird
observed at this location two years ago.
