Following up on Ryan Shaw's post, the Black-tailed Gull was refound by others around 3:45pm today. It was on one of the closest log booms. The logging operations had stopped and more gulls were present. A tour group from Minnesota had just landed in Seattle and got to see this bird on one of their first stops! Good timing!
