1) How far is this bird from observers?

2) What other species is it associating with?
?
3) Has it been seen feeding in this area?

Sort of an unrelated question, but, how long did the Black-tailed Gull from two years ago stick around?
I'm trying to assess whether it's worth chasing this bird from Chicago (I know, "for a gull"?).
