I've posted some photos of gulls in Commencement Bay, including the Black-tailed Gull and a pale adult Thayer's Gull, taken on the 19'th and 21'st of September. The Thayer's was a bit confusing because it's missing a couple of primaries so the wingtips at rest were almost completely white. I also got a few shots of Black Turnstones in flight.
