Tweeters,

A week ago I pulled the inside camera out of the Wagner chimney and
took it down to Olympia Systems to check it out. It seems it's
ethernet internal power supply is fried. So much for that. No wait.
We can get the 12 volts from the microphone thats up there and use a
different connection to power it up. Put the camera back it the
chimney Wednesday and it seems to have worked but we have not been
able to get the cameras back on line.

Selleck was down to 45 Vaux's Swifts last night and Monroe only had
147. But there are still two Washington State roost sites with lots
of migrating swifts. Burney Huff documented 4575 last night at JBLM
and Gayle Stebbing and Nancy Taylor averaged well over 10,000 with
multiple Merlin attacks at ONSH. The average count was over 20,000
the night before. What an rewarding wildlife adventure it has been up
there. Seattle Audubon has got a field trip going up there tomorrow.
Maybe you can still get in on that.
