Hey tweets, the wind blew in two Greater White-fronted Geese today.
They were yoinking up grass in the playfield immediately south of the
helipad. I'm not sure what else the wind blew in - the birds have been
really quiet of late. They're there, but you almost have to have x-ray
vision to see them. Among those I managed to x-ray: Orange-crowned
Warblers, Yellow-rumped Warblers, Green Heron, Northern Pintail, 2
Virginia Rails (one on SW Pond, one on Canoe Island), and a few Barn
Swallows turbocharged by the wind. - Connie, Seattle
