Subject: [Tweeters] Turkey Vulture near downtown Bellevue

I live a mile or so south of Bellevue Square, up from Meydenbauer Bay, on
the way towards Chism Park. It's a great area for a walk -- down into
Chism Park, and then back up and eventually back down to my house. Today
right around noon flying right above me when I was at the end of Parkridge
Lane (a road in the Cedar Crest Neighborhood) was, quite surprisingly, a
Turkey Vulture. We have bald eagles that nest in the area, Cooper's and
Sharp-shinned Hawks in the neighborhood, but I've never seen a Turkey
Vulture a couple of blocks from my house.
