I've been watching the cell tower near Royal Hills in Renton waiting for the Osprey(s) to return for the spring. It was empty on the way to downtown Renton early this afternoon, but on the way back up, I saw my first Osprey of the year, circling high above the pipline/powerline trails near Rolling Hills, along with two Bald Eagles.
