Hi all.

On my way to see the yellow-billed loon in Ilwaco (I did see it, and a
common loon) I stopped at the County Line Park off of SR 4 (Ocean Beach
HWY) and saw a juvenile red-throated. The thinner bill was my main
point of identification. The neck was not white like a wintering adult.

Stopped by Black Lake for the reported Clark's grebe, but didn't see
that one.

Three loon day! And it was my birthday.
