Now, Russ, let's be fair about this. The article does say "a dozen or
so photographers", obviously from the photograph, taken by whom we
don't know of course, the "competitive birders" have the photographers
well outnumbered :-).

I wonder how well the scopes resolve the bald spots on the heads in
front of them .....

And here we were just watching the Spotted Towhee that visits our back
yard every afternoon, and I didn't even get my camera out today.
