Subject: [Tweeters] Is this a peregrine or a goshawk?

I?ve been looking for sandhill cranes near Othello, and got lucky enough to
see what I think is a goshawk in the fields just east of Othello. I saw it
yesterday. I thought it was a large, stocky red-tailed hawk at first glance,
and almost kept going. But I decided to get a closer look, and was so
excited when I looked through my lens to see that big brown eye and telltale
mustache! Question is, I?m unsure what I?ve seen?is it a peregrine or a
goshawk?so I?d appreciate any feedback. I didn?t see the white behind the
eye the prairie falcon has, so I eliminated that possibility. I posted a
photo on my blog at:

Thanks!
