Late this morning I found a Say's Phoebe flycatching from grass stalks and
driftwood near the radio tower at KVI Beach. It worked its way toward the
road and then back to the tower and on north toward the bluff. This is a
second record for Vashon. I think Brian Bell has the first record a few
years back.
