>From the site of the old oil pier at Marine Park I watched the?raptors put on quite a show this afternoon (Friday 4/13) as they rode the updrafts over Pt. Edwards.? I saw?adult and juvie bald eagles as well as a red-tailed hawk and a peregrine falcon.? Sometimes two different species would be? airborne in close proximity to one another at the same time.?? The Pt. Edwards adult eagle pair perched on the flat top spar?on the ridge line above Pine St. in between soaring sessions. ?
