I will be joining Michael Hobbs et al for his
Yakima/Toppenish trip on Saturday. The plan is to
get in some birding on the way over on Friday.
Options include the "Wenas" area between
Ellensburg and Yakima, the Yakima Training Center,
and going further afield and searching for
Burrowing Owls. I would appreciate any offline
aid (or shared online) with probability at this
date of finding these owls and of course specific
spots to give it a go. Would not be able to leave
Seattle until maybe 10:00 a.m. on Friday and need
to be in Toppenish for that night.
