Tweeters,

I just found and photographed a SAGE THRASHER foraging along Eide Rd in Stanwood at about 130pm. Go to the end of Eide Road to where the large parking pad is on the right and the 3 concrete barriers prevent you from driving any further. The bird was first seen immediately to the west of the concrete barriers in the trees and shrubs. It then flew south approx. 50 yards landing on the road. Then it was observed feeding just west of the road in that same spot in the grass, occasionally flying up to some of the taller bramble where it would perch and preen.
