Kind of nice to hear that call from the over wintering White-Throated
Sparrow that has been a regular at my feeder since mid-October in the light
rain this afternoon when I got home. Sort of sad though, knowing that the
bird will move on to wherever our wintering White throats go, in the next
two weeks. This bird has an extra "dee" at the end of its song. Maybe it
learned it from our chickadees.
