I birded around Discovery Park for a few hours this morning and
noticed quite a change in activity from last Sunday. YELLOW-RUMPED
WARBLERS were moving through in force all over the park. BROWN-HEADED
COWBIRDS were also present and I noted none last Sunday. I did locate
a WILSON'S WARBLER behiind the Visitor's Center and in the near
vicinity also found 4 HERMIT THRUSH. I looked for but could not pick
out a Black-throated Gray Warbler today. Also, I had a LINCOLN'S
SPARROW and several ORANGED-CROWNED WARBLERS during my walk.

Last Sunday I observed a few YELLOW-RUMPED and ORANGE-CROWNED
WARBLERS but nothing like the numbers that were passing through today.
Also, last Sunday I did have a FOX SPARROW and the TOWNSENDS
SOLITAIRE which were both near the south Parking Lot Area.
