There were so many Yellow Rumps at Nisqually late this afternoon that it looked like a fall out. ?I even saw three foraging on the ground in the gravel in front of the big barn closest to the potty. ?Rufus the Red Tailed Hawk was on station by the picnic table area and I saw another Rufous at 3001 Hogam Bay. ?This one was a Rufous Hummingbird though. ?The Bald Eagles at Hogam Bay are sill sitting but the Eaglets are due to hatch at anytime now. ?I've been watching them hunting and courting and finishing their nest and sitting for so long now I feel like I'm the one that's expecting. ?Haha. ?
