I've been watching the Eurasian Collared Doves in the Alderton area for a couple of years, and I've seen one or two in other places outside Puyallup. For the past week I've had one in my neighborhood, calling from the wild cherry by my fence and nearby utility wires. It has now been joined by a second. Both flew over making their flight call a little while ago. They landed in a large chestnut at the end of the block and started calling.? Perhaps planning to nest?
