Definitely a great observation

Same is true for Cape May Warbler. While doing my doctoral work in
Jamaica, we only saw them when the logwood trees were in bloom, I
believe nectar is their primary food resource in winter.

On their wintering grounds, the place to look for Tennessee Warblers is at
flowering trees and shrubs.
