HELLO TWEETERS.
I will continue this report from yesterday from Bottle Beach starting at
6.00 PM TO 7.00 PM
THE BIRDS WHERE CLOSE ON THE HIGHER BEACH RESTING ORE STILL FEEDING.
Starting with the all Least Sandpipers 80 birds (feeding)
125 Black-bellied Plovers resting in high water,
25 Long -billed Dowitcher,
close to 300 SHORT-BILLED DOWITCER (FEEDING)
2 Semipalmated Sandpipers ( resting on some log in water

Second group of birds :further to the right

35 SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS, (feeding)
75 Black BELLIED PLOVERS (resting)
60 Dowitcher species (resting in small groups)

The birds where all spooked as I TRYING TO GET CLOSER TO THE SECOND
GROUP.flying AROUND FOR ABOUT ROOSTING 10 MINUTES ,and all came back
ROOSTING.
Since I LEFT SO LATE.I DID CHECKING OUT BOTTLE BEACH AROUND NOON,I noticed
so many Blue Darner dragonflies,BUT NO BIRDS
Tokeland had 40 CASPIAN TERNS &2 Blue Heron.
PS.I forgot the name in Westport ,where some of the many Marbled Godwit,s
landed on the fenced area .There is a way you can see in from a road behind
the Coast Guard Station,this is where I TOOK MY PICTURES OF THE BAR-TAILED
GODWIT FEW YEARS BACK
