Hi Tweeters -

Just saw a House Finch (?) with a bulging left eye. Is this a deformity or possibly an attack or disease or molting or..?? Has anyone else seen this bird? (sounds like a wanted poster :)) Concerned about possible illness.

We've also had a Pileated visiting again the last few days and several flickers.
