Tuesday I watched the sun set at Snoqualmie Falls with Dave Templeton
and Scott Dodson. 15-20 minutes before sunset three Black Swifts
showed up and circled the area for a minute or two. Scott is really
working hard to obtain video footage of the swifts going into their
nest/roost site. He's seen that with binoculars, but it's too dark to
record any images.

There has been very little data collected on when Black Swifts begin
their day. This could be a TWEETERS project I would be willing to
coordinate. Who's interested?
