I had at least two STILT SANDPIPERS at the Hatton Coulee Rest Area (Adams
County), about 7:30 p.m. tonight, along with KILLDEER, BLACK-NECKED STILT,
AMERICAN AVOCET, SPOTTED SANDPIPER, GREATER YELLOWLEGS, LESSER YELLOWLEGS,
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER, LEAST SANDPIPER, and BAIRD'S SANDPIPER. There may
have been more species there (Solitary? Western?) but it was getting too
dark, and I was getting too tired.

It brought my shorebird species total up to 15 for the day, following the 13
on my Yakima County shorebirds trip (Stilt Sandpiper and American Avocet
being the two we didn't get in Yakima).
