Hanging out with the relatives at Wapato Point on Lake Chelan. We went for late afternoon Saturday (Aug 18) boat trip toward the Narrows north of Manson and saw an adult SABINE'S GULL feeding with a flock of Ring-billed Gulls. Closest location to view from land would be Lake Chelan State Park or immediately north at Watson's Harboring Resort.

Adult with black head, black triangle on primaries on leading edge of the wing, white triangle on the trailing edge of both inner and outer wing and gray on leading edge of inner wing and across the back.
