Hello Tweeter friends,

A friend of mine posted this photo on Facebook. I'm pretty sure
she's at Longbeach, WA now. Photo was taken at dusk, apparently. Probably
yesterday. I've sent a request for size and more precise location. I've
never seen a bird like this before. In perusing Sibley the only thing that
comes close is Brown Booby, but it doesn't quite work for either a juvenile
or adult. Can anyone help me out? This friend regards me as an expert and
I'm striking out here :-).
