MerryLynn and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by birding the SW Washington Coast from Cape Disappointment north to Ocean Shores. I will list the highlights of each day.

Black-throated Gray Warbler-1 along Chinook Valley Rd.

Surfbird-1 on N. Jetty of Grays Harbor
Wandering Tattler-1 on N. Jetty of Grays Harbor
Sooty Shearwater-500,000 off Ocean Shores beach, three large swirls formed into one flock and fed right in the break at sundown. Spectacular!!
