Today, Susan and I counted a total of six BLACK SWIFTS, over a two hour period, flying over our place on Mt. Pleasant, Skamania County. They were in mixed flocks of VAUX'S SWIFTS and VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS . This is an annual occurrence here in late August.
