Subject: [Tweeters] Wilson's Plover update

Seen by 6 additional birders - still there as of 2:45 pm. Was last seen across the dam on the southeastern portion of the lake. It had several confrontations with Killdeer - it chased them and they chased it. At times the plover would sit still in the mud and be hard to find - but when feeding it darts around and sometimes runs 20 ft.
Other shorebirds there include Spotted, Solitary, Least and Western Sandpipers and 2 Short-billed Dowitchers (rare in WWCo.) Later, ML
