I detected a fairly steady flow of Swainson's Thrushes over my yard/house
in Battle Ground, Clark County on Monday morning and also very early
Tuesday morning:

Monday 5:20-5:45: Swainson's Thursh ~45 birds
Tuesday 3:15-3:45: Swainson's Thrush ~25, Yellow Warbler 1, Wilson's
Warbler 1

Yard birding yesterday (Monday) was loads of fun with actrivity seemingly
everywhere all the time:

RED-EYED VIREO 1 (the same individual as Sunday morning?)
Warbling Vireo 1
Black-throated Gray Warbler 2
Yellow Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 1
Pacific-slope Flycatcher 1
White-crowned Sparrow 1 (first of the Fall and the first one I've seen this
year in the yard)

The three Willow Flycatchers were attacking everything in sight. The
BTGWarblers didn't stand a chance and were driven out quickly. Three
Anna's and one female Rufous Hummers were joined by a raucous family group
of Western Scrub Jays which took pleasure in knocking the hanging feeder
all over the place. I anticipate all future Black-headed Grosbeak
sightings from the yard will be migrants as all the local ones seem to have
departed (average departure date ~8/22).

Keep your eyes and ears skyward!
