Subject: [Tweeters] Summer Tanager

I first reported the Summer Tanager and did not disclose its location in my
report. The sensitivity is about the feeders that the bird visits.

The feeders are maintained by a tenant in an apartment building. The
apartment manager does not like the feeders because of the mess it creates.
The tenant has to regularly clean the building and area under the feeders
to keep the manager at bay. The tenant is very concerned that the manager
will not be happy about crowds of birders hanging around the building,
looking through scopes and binoculars at the apartments. The result could
be that the manager will require the feeders be taken down.

I am sorry about the secrecy but I feel that I have to respect the tenant's
wishes.
