I had to work this weekend so I brought my camera with me in the wee hours
this morning in hopes of stopping by the fill in the afternoon to get a
glimpse of the EASTERN PHOEBE . The bird was easily found at 12:30 with
the help of Tyler and other birders. Great bird.

I also saw a NORTHERN SHRIKE on the Duwamish during my lunch break at
10:45. The bird was at the East end of the bridge at S 102nd and S 104th,
a block off East Marginal. As of yesterday, the NORTHERN SHRIKE that has
been hanging around Gog-le-hi-te Wetlands in Tacoma was still there.
