At least twice this morning, a young Brown Pelican has circled high over
the Center for Urban Waters building (near the Port of Tacoma), flying up
the Thea Foss Waterway toward the Murray Morgan bridge then heading
northwest. It was apparently fairly conspicuous yesterday around here too.
