One Tropical Kingbird was present at 3 Crabs today, sitting on wires about 0.2 miles east of the former 3 Crabs restaurant on 3 Crabs Rd, seen by Denny Van Horn and Mark Salvadalena. Gettin' pretty late! A count week bird for the Sequim-Dungeness CBC. The last Tropical Kingbird of this fall was seen 12/4/12, so is this a new bird or a returnee?

The Burrowing Owl present at times over the last week near the mouth of Sequim Bay was not seen today, according Glen Goschen. It must have an alternate roost site out there somewhere.
