At 3:30 pm Monday, 17 December, a Peregrine Falcon was perched on one of the
high utility poles on the west side of the Agate Pass Bridge. It seemed to
pay no attention to the bumper-to-bumper ferry traffic pouring off
Bainbridge Island. Always a thrilling sight to this amateur birder!
