This is just a reminder that if you want a copy of the recently revised and updated checklist to the birds of Edmonds, please send your request to checklistedmonds at gmail.com. We'll get it right out to you. It is in the same format as are the Washington county checklists and is a one-page list. Modern recordkeeping has documented 257 species within the city limits. Birders have documented 175 species this year, with the latest being the Thick-billed Murre seen by Dennis Duffy, Ted Peterson, and Steve Pink from the public pier in early December.
