Is anyone in the Seattle area looking at pellet contents from the Snowy Owls who've made it to town? I recall seeing a mention here on the list, of pellet contents examined at Damon Point last year. I found a rain-soaked pellet beneath a fir tree in Ballard where a Snowy Owl was roosting. Although I'm not 100 percent certain it came from that particular owl (I didn't see her actually cough it up), it was directly below the branch on which she was sitting, and I collected the bone fragments in a plastic bag ... just in case.
