European Starlings have never been much of a problem around my house (I live in Kirkland), however, they recently have been making frequent appearances on my suet feeder. They are easily spooked, so once I see one on the feeder, I can simply walk to were it can see me and it will fly away. Unfortunately, I can't watch the feeders all the time, so the starlings will scare away my beloved Downy Woodpeckers, nuthatches, and chickadees. I was wondering if any of you have noticed more starlings than usual around your houses?
