At nine am I saw a Great horned owl between marker number 9 and 10... but the most exciting site was ?watching a river otter diving for fish. He came up on a log and ate his fish. As he was happily chomping on his fish, a very large juvenile bald eagle swooped down and landed on the log,sending the otter diving with his fish. Not sure if he was after the otter or the fish but it was breathtaking!!
