Courtenay, BC, birder Dave Ingram let me know he found the CITRINE WAGTAIL at 10:30 this morning. It was feeding on the road near the first slash pile. The ground is again bare and the water level has subsided quite a bit. There is only a 25% chance of precip on Saturday. That might be the best day to try again for this continuing rarity.
